1. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within
1–3 business days after payment is received.
Processing may take longer during sales, restocks, releases, and holidays.
1.2 Live Break Shipping
Break results are usually shipped
within 1–5 business days following the completed break, unless otherwise stated.
If you participate in multiple breaks, we may combine your shipments to save costs (unless you request separate shipping).
2. Shipping Methods
We offer multiple shipping options to suit different budgets and needs.
Available options will appear at checkout depending on your location.
2.1 Untracked Shipping (Economy / Lettermail)
This is the most affordable option and may include Lettermail or similar services.
By choosing untracked shipping, you acknowledge that:
Delivery timeframes are
not guaranteed.
There is
no tracking number.
Ripsinthe6ix is
not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged untracked mail.
No refunds or replacements are provided for shipments sent without tracking.
This option is ideal for low-value items where the buyer accepts the risk.
2.2 Tracked Shipping
Tracked shipping options may include:
Expedited Parcel
Tracked Packet
Xpresspost
Courier options (where available)
Tracked shipping includes:
A tracking number
Delivery confirmation
Insurance (as provided by the carrier)
We strongly recommend tracked shipping for valuable items.
2.3 Local Pickup (If Offered)
If local pickup is available, it will appear as an option at checkout with instructions on how to complete the pickup.
3. Shipping Rates
3.1 Untracked Shipping Rates
Flat-rate pricing may be offered for untracked envelopes depending on size, weight, and destination.
3.2 Tracked Shipping Rates
Tracked shipping is typically calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Rates are determined by the carrier and displayed at checkout.
3.3 Multiple Orders / Combined Shipping
If multiple orders are placed close together, we may combine them into one shipment to reduce costs, unless you request otherwise.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, holidays, customs, or operational delays.

Domestic Untracked: 2–10 business days
Domestic Tracked: 1–7 business days
USA & International: 5–25+ business days depending on method
These are estimates only and not guaranteed.
5. Packaging
We package items securely based on type:

Sleeves
Toploaders or semi-rigid holders
Team bags
Cardboard reinforcement
Flat mailers or bubble mailers (depending on shipping method)
5.2 Sealed Products
Bubble wrap
Cardboard boxes
Void fill
Fragile labeling as needed
5.3 Live Break Hits
Sorted
Protected using sleeves + top loaders
Secured in team bags
Shipped in suitable mailers/boxes depending on card quantity and value
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to:
Incorrect address
Missing unit number
Customer relocation
Failure to collect held packages
If a package is returned to us due to address error:
You will be required to pay
new shipping fees to resend it.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Mail
Untracked Shipments
We
cannot refund, replace, or compensate for untracked mail issues.
Tracked Shipments
If your tracked package is damaged or lost:
Contact us within
7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
We will assist with submitting a claim to the carrier.
Resolution depends on the carrier’s investigation and coverage terms.
8. International Shipping
For countries outside Canada:
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and fees may apply.
These fees are the
buyer’s responsibility.
Customs delays may occur and are outside our control.
We do not mark packages as “gifts” to bypass customs declarations.
9. Returns Due to Customer Error
If a package is returned to us for any of the following reasons:
Incorrect or undeliverable address
Buyer refusal
Failure to pay customs fees
Failure to collect from pickup location
Refusal of delivery
The buyer is responsible for:
Return shipping costs (if billed by carrier)
New shipping costs to resend the package
No refunds are issued for packages returned due to customer error.
10. Return Shipping Costs
In all cases, the buyer pays return shipping, including:
Returns for sealed products
Exchanges (if allowed)
Packages returned due to address issues
Warranty or defect claims (unless verified as our error)
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
