Thank you for shopping with Ripsinthe6ix. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or returns may be accepted. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All items are photographed and documented before shipping to ensure the condition is accurately recorded. These photos serve as a reference in the event of disputes or claims.


1. Buyer Responsibility for Return Shipping

The buyer always pays return shipping, regardless of reason.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is returned safely and securely.


2. Condition of Items

All products are photographed before they leave our facility to document condition.

These photos may be used to verify the condition in the case of a dispute or claim.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent to qualify for a refund.

3. Returns of Sealed Products

Sealed items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unopened and in the same condition as when shipped.

Returned items must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.

Refunds will only be issued after inspection of the returned item.

4. Preorders

Preorders are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturer cancellation or allocation issues.

Release dates may change due to distributors, manufacturers, or unforeseen delays.

Preorder cancellations for any other reason are not accepted.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos showing the damage or error.

Keep all original packaging for verification.

Notes:

Damage from untracked mail cannot be refunded.

Damage or discrepancies on sealed products will be reviewed against the pre-shipping photos.

Manufacturing defects (e.g., minor print variations, centering) are not eligible for refunds.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Untracked Shipments

Ripsinthe6ix is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen untracked packages.

No refund or replacement is provided for untracked mail.

Tracked Shipments

If a tracked package is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days.

We will assist with a carrier claim.

Refunds are subject to carrier approval.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once processing begins or the item is shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

Preorders cannot be cancelled.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to:

Incorrect address

Buyer refusal

Failure to pay customs or collect from a postal location

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to resend the item.
No refunds will be issued for returned items in these situations.


9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds do not include:

Return shipping costs

Original shipping fees

Customs or import duties

Items will be inspected against the pre-shipping photos to ensure no damage or misuse occurred.
