Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. 

For orders placed within Canada, shipping typically takes 2–5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options (costs are calculated at checkout) as well as letter mail (untracked), though delivery times for letter mail may vary.

For international orders, delivery can usually be expected within 3–10 business days, depending on the destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (except for letter mail) to monitor your shipment.

If you’re ordering from Canada or the United States, you’ll see sales tax applied at checkout in line with regional requirements. For customers outside North America, no international tax or VAT is collected during checkout — you will only pay for the shipping service you select.

Because we strictly follow export laws, every package is shipped with the full purchase value declared on the invoice. This means your local customs office may apply import duties, VAT, or handling fees before releasing your order. These charges are not set by us and remain the buyer’s responsibility. To avoid surprises, we encourage you to check with your customs authority prior to purchase.
